Join our team - Marketing Communications Coordinator
EM-ONE began with a bold mission: to bring clean, reliable energy to the communities that need it most.
For the last decade, we’ve combined deep engineering expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver high-performance energy systems that work — even in the most complex, underserved environments. As a multidisciplinary team of engineers, innovators, and energy experts, we’re not just delivering power — we’re helping Africa leapfrog outdated infrastructure with decentralized, digital energy solutions.
Today, our work spans the energy spectrum: from powering essential services like schools and hospitals to supporting governments and industries with solar microgrids, grid interconnection, and scalable Energy-as-a-Service models.
At EM-ONE, we believe that meaningful progress is not just technical — it’s human. That’s why our team culture, storytelling, and on-the-ground presence matter. Whether designing systems or activating community impact, every team member plays a role in shaping a smarter, cleaner, and more resilient energy future for Africa.
